用于多機(jī)協(xié)同平臺的高隔離度收發(fā)一體射頻裝置

摘要: 針對多機(jī)協(xié)同平臺的通信需求,提供了一種高隔離度、寬動態(tài)、快速響應(yīng)的收發(fā)一體射頻裝置設(shè)計方法。介紹了收發(fā)一體機(jī)的射頻電路架構(gòu)設(shè)計,從工程應(yīng)用角度詳細(xì)分析了AGC電路、隔離度、線性度等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)指標(biāo)。研制了一種高隔離度的收發(fā)一體4×2射頻開關(guān)矩陣,通過裝機(jī)測試試驗,收發(fā)隔離度指標(biāo)大于99 dB,接收動態(tài)范圍大于65 dB,收發(fā)一體射頻裝置的各項射頻指標(biāo)可靠穩(wěn)定,滿足多機(jī)通信使用需求,為后續(xù)多機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)交換設(shè)備的研制提供了參考。

A high isolation transceiver-integrated RF device for multi-vehicle cooperative system

Abstract: According to the communication requirements of multi-vehicle cooperative system, a design method of transceiver-integrated RF device with high isolation, wide dynamic and fast response is provided. This paper discusses the architectural of the transceiver-integrated RF device, and the key indexes as AGC circuit, high isolation, and linearity are designed from the engineering application. A high isolation transceiver-integrated 4×2 RF switch matrix is designed. Through the field test of the system, the test results show that the transceiver isolation index is greater than 99 dB, and the receiving dynamic range is greater than 65 dB. The RF indexes are stable and reliable to meet the needs of multi-vehicle system requirements, which provides a reference method for the further study of the multi-vehicle system data exchange equipment.

引言

隨著機(jī)載平臺的機(jī)動性能快速提升,對設(shè)備的通信性能也提出了更高要求,其中多機(jī)協(xié)同通信系統(tǒng)正成為世界各國的研究熱點[1-2],如圖1所示。該系統(tǒng)以時分多址為基礎(chǔ),并結(jié)合頻分、空分多址復(fù)合機(jī)制,利用每個時隙控制波速指向通信對象,能夠?qū)⑵脚_能力有機(jī)整合,載荷功能融入互補(bǔ),對促進(jìn)多樣化任務(wù)執(zhí)行能力、高效信息共享和協(xié)同行動具有重要作用[3-5]。接收和發(fā)射設(shè)備為該系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)提供了硬件基礎(chǔ),同時也對收發(fā)設(shè)備的性能也提出了更高的要求[6]。目前的收發(fā)一體設(shè)備為提高收發(fā)隔離度、接收系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)時間等指標(biāo)性能,采用收發(fā)系統(tǒng)獨立的方式,存在體積大的缺點[7-10]。

本文為模擬飛機(jī)與試飛飛機(jī)的數(shù)據(jù)交互,實現(xiàn)機(jī)載通信系統(tǒng)與航電系統(tǒng)的連接,介紹了一種由射頻開關(guān)矩陣、AGC電路以及時鐘參考電路等組成的收發(fā)一體射頻裝置,具備對收發(fā)信號選擇、預(yù)處理以及路由的功能。
