汽車用氙氣前照燈電子鎮(zhèn)流器的設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 采用PIC16F785單片機(jī)進(jìn)行控制,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種新型的汽車用氙氣前照燈鎮(zhèn)流器。針對當(dāng)前汽車用氙氣前照燈鎮(zhèn)流器產(chǎn)品效率低、可靠性差等方面的不足,采用單芯片控制、平面變壓器、軟開關(guān)和全貼片等技術(shù),大幅度提高產(chǎn)品的可靠性,效率提高了4%。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明了該設(shè)計(jì)的可行性和有效性。

Design of electronic ballast for xenon high-intensity-discharge head lamp of motor vehicle

Abstract: A novel electronic ballast for xenon high-intensity-discharge(HID) is designed and implemented based on PIC16F785 control. In view of the drawbacks of lower efficiency and lower reliability of the electronic ballast for HID, the sighl-chip control and planar power transformer and zero voltage switching(ZVS) and SMT technology improves reliability and 4% efficiency of the electronic ballast for HID. Experiment results testify the feasibility and effectiveness of this design.
