高增益圆极化星载相控阵天线设计

摘要: 针对卫星X波段通信系统大范围数据传输的需求,设计具备高增益圆极化可宽角度电扫的星载相控阵天线。此天线阵元采用底馈的馈电方式,利用切角技术实现圆极化,利用开槽技术实现小型化。天线阵列错层排布,使其整体的辐射性能最优化。通过发射组件模块、波束控制模块和电源模块的合理布局和设计优化,使其电扫波束可在离轴角0~60°、方位角0~360°内变化。此单机经加工后测试结果良好,对X波段通信系统尤其是相控阵天线的设计有一定的指导意义。

Design of spaceborne phased array antenna with high-gain and circular-polarization

Abstract: A spaceborne phased array antenna with high-gain, circular polarization and wide-angle is designed to meet the requirements of large range data transmission of X-band communication system. The antenna array element is fed by the bottom feed, the circular-polarization is realized by the angle cutting technology and the miniaturization is realized by the slot technology. The array is arranged in staggered layers, so that the radiation performance is the best. Through reasonable layout and optimization design of transmitting module, beam control module and power module, the beam can be changed within 0~60° off-axis angle and 0~360° azimuth angle. The test results of this machine are good after machining, which has a certain guiding significance for the design of X band communication system, especially the phased array antenna.

0 引言

    隨著科技的迅猛發(fā)展,衛(wèi)星廣泛地應(yīng)用在民用、軍用、商業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、林業(yè)等各大領(lǐng)域[1-4]。其中,光學(xué)衛(wèi)星因其諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)[5-7],如:(1)數(shù)據(jù)獲取較易且迅速,同時(shí)變量較廣,極大降低了研究成本;(2)影像分辨率較高,滿足多種使用需求;(3)數(shù)據(jù)覆蓋較廣,部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)收集頻率較高,且收集不受當(dāng)?shù)刈児驶蛘咦儎?dòng)影響。但由于星載相機(jī)的分辨率越來(lái)越高,導(dǎo)致圖像數(shù)據(jù)日益增大,給數(shù)據(jù)下傳造成了巨大壓力。相比于無(wú)源定向的衛(wèi)星天線[8],相控陣天線因其高增益、可傳輸范圍大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而被廣泛采用[9-15]

    本文依托吉林一號(hào)衛(wèi)星網(wǎng)絡(luò),提出了一款星載X波段高增益小型圓極化寬角度電掃的相控陣天線,可以滿足在低軌軌道上建立穩(wěn)定的無(wú)線通信,以完成吉林一號(hào)的圖像視頻傳輸任務(wù)。其性能優(yōu)良,工作在X波段,采用底饋技術(shù)和貼片開(kāi)槽技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)陣元小型化,貼片對(duì)稱切角技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)圓極化,陣列錯(cuò)層排布使其陣列輻射性能優(yōu)良,尤其是軸比指標(biāo)優(yōu)化較為明顯,同時(shí)相比同性能天線具有更小的尺寸。吉林一號(hào)衛(wèi)星網(wǎng)絡(luò)包含多顆視頻圖像衛(wèi)星,此天線可為其圖像視頻數(shù)據(jù)下傳提供無(wú)線保障,同時(shí)也為X波段高增益圓極化可寬角度電掃的星載相控陣天線的設(shè)計(jì)提供了一種新的思路。
