基于區(qū)塊鏈的文物數(shù)字資源版權保護框架設計

摘要： 針對文物數(shù)字化資源版權保護難題，構建基于區(qū)塊鏈的版權管理框架，解決傳統(tǒng)中心化管理模式下版權所有者模糊、授權流程繁瑣、侵權追溯困難等問題。采用聯(lián)盟鏈架構，設計版權存證、授權管理、侵權追溯模塊實現(xiàn)全流程管理。通過哈希算法實現(xiàn)文物數(shù)字化資源的唯一標識與存證，智能合約自動化執(zhí)行授權流程，數(shù)字指紋與鏈上數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)同完成侵權行為精準定位與證據(jù)固化。該框架有效保障了文物數(shù)字化資源版權的合法使用與傳播，為文化遺產(chǎn)數(shù)字化保護提供可信技術方案。

Abstract： This study addresses the challenge of copyright protection for digital cultural heritage resources and constructs a copyright management framework based on blockchain. The research aims to resolve issues such as ambiguous ownership attribution, inefficient authorization procedures, and difficulties in tracing infringements under traditional centralized models. Utilizing a consortium blockchain architecture, the framework incorporates three core modules—copyright attestation, authorization management, and infringement tracing—to achieve comprehensive lifecycle management. A hash algorithm is employed to generate unique identifiers and certify digital resources, while smart contracts automate authorization processes. Additionally, digital fingerprints combined with on-chain data facilitate precise infringement identification and evidence preservation. The framework demonstrates enhanced capabilities in safeguarding legitimate rights and promoting standardized dissemination of digital cultural heritage resources, offering a trustworthy technical approach for the preservation and intellectual property management of cultural heritage in the digital era.

引言

在當前科技快速發(fā)展和文化傳承需求日益增長的背景下，數(shù)字化技術為文物保護、研究、展示和傳播提供了前所未有的機遇。文物作為歷史的見證和文化的載體，其數(shù)字化不僅能夠擴大文物的宣傳與利用，更能夠突破時空限制，使文物價值得以在更廣闊的范圍內(nèi)傳播與分享。在文物數(shù)字化資源的利用過程中，出現(xiàn)了非法復制以獲取利潤等現(xiàn)象，如故宮建筑全景圖著作權糾紛，嚴重損害了版權所有者與被授權者的權益。這體現(xiàn)出當前文物數(shù)字化資源開放共享中面臨的困境：文物數(shù)字化資源沒有統(tǒng)一的管理體系，資源的所有權保護與規(guī)范使用沒有得到保障，且難以互通和共享。博物館等持有文物及數(shù)字化資源的機構如何合理利用文物數(shù)字化資源，平衡好版權保護與擴大文物宣傳、利用的關系，促進文物數(shù)字化資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，成為文物數(shù)字化資源在傳播使用中亟待解決的問題。

文物數(shù)字化資源版權保護需求主要體現(xiàn)在確保版權歸屬的明確性、實現(xiàn)版權授權的透明高效以及有效應對侵權行為等方面。而區(qū)塊鏈技術去中心化、不可篡改、可追溯等特性與文物數(shù)字化資源版權保護需求高度契合［1］——其去中心化特性可提升文物數(shù)字化資源版權管理系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性與可靠性；不可篡改特性可確保版權信息真實權威；可追溯性完整記錄資源從創(chuàng)建到流轉(zhuǎn)的全過程，便于溯源維權。構建基于區(qū)塊鏈技術的文物數(shù)字化資源版權保護框架，可借助鏈上存證與溯源機制推動數(shù)字資源全生命周期管理，在促進文物數(shù)字化資源合理利用的同時，為構建數(shù)字時代文化遺產(chǎn)知識產(chǎn)權長效保護機制提供技術支撐。
