摘要: 為提高氣象衛(wèi)星掩星探測(cè)載荷的生產(chǎn)測(cè)試效率,解放生產(chǎn)力、釋放設(shè)備資源,提出了一種智能自動(dòng)化測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。具體介紹了掩星探測(cè)載荷搭載的衛(wèi)星模擬系統(tǒng)原理及其測(cè)試的基本流程,詳細(xì)闡述了智能自動(dòng)化測(cè)試系統(tǒng)方案及實(shí)現(xiàn)方式。系統(tǒng)軟件的核心架構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)了從傳統(tǒng)的TestStand和LabVIEW架構(gòu)向Python技術(shù)棧的遷移,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)智能接口適配、智能測(cè)試規(guī)劃、智能故障檢測(cè)并自動(dòng)生成測(cè)試報(bào)告,支撐掩星探測(cè)載荷研發(fā)-測(cè)試-交付全流程測(cè)試。研究氣象衛(wèi)星掩星探測(cè)載荷智能自動(dòng)化測(cè)試技術(shù)可打通氣象衛(wèi)星掩星探測(cè)載荷自動(dòng)化測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程,推動(dòng)掩星探測(cè)載荷技術(shù)發(fā)展,助力氣象觀測(cè)技術(shù)提升及應(yīng)用。

Research on intelligent automated testing system for meteorological satellite occultation payloads

Abstract: To improve the production and testing efficiency of meteorological satellite occultation detection payloads, liberate productivity, and release equipment resources, an intelligent automated testing system is proposed. The principle and basic testing process of the satellite simulation system carried by the occultation detection payload were specifically introduced, and the intelligent automation testing system scheme and implementation method were elaborated in detail. The core architecture of the system software has achieved the migration from the traditional TestStand and LabVIEW architectures to the Python technology stack, which can realize intelligent interface adaptation, intelligent test planning, intelligent fault detection, and automatic generation of test reports, supporting the full process testing of occultation detection payload research and development, testing, and delivery. Studying the intelligent automated testing technology for meteorological satellite occultation detection payloads can open up the standard process for automated testing of meteorological satellite occultation detection payloads, promote the development of occultation detection payload technology, and assist in the improvement and application of meteorological observation technology.

引言

隨著商業(yè)航天領(lǐng)域的迅猛發(fā)展,氣象衛(wèi)星正朝著多樣化、批量化及裝備化的方向演進(jìn),市場(chǎng)容量持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)??焖贁U(kuò)張[1-2]。在此發(fā)展契機(jī)下,智能化、批量化、自動(dòng)化與信息化已成為下一代氣象衛(wèi)星地面測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的核心發(fā)展需求。作為氣象衛(wèi)星獲取大氣數(shù)據(jù)的關(guān)鍵載荷之一,掩星探測(cè)載荷的研發(fā)周期和測(cè)試進(jìn)展在很大程度上決定了氣象衛(wèi)星組網(wǎng)計(jì)劃的實(shí)施和星座業(yè)務(wù)能力的提升[3-5]。因此,開發(fā)一套集高效、自動(dòng)、智能、信息化于一體,并適應(yīng)氣象衛(wèi)星系統(tǒng)環(huán)境的測(cè)試系統(tǒng),對(duì)于推動(dòng)掩星探測(cè)載荷的研發(fā)與生產(chǎn)進(jìn)程、提高地面測(cè)試的可靠性以及保障氣象衛(wèi)星的在軌運(yùn)行能力具有重要意義[6]。

目前,我國(guó)多家衛(wèi)星研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)已逐步掌握了衛(wèi)星單機(jī)設(shè)備及小批量衛(wèi)星的并行測(cè)試技術(shù)[7-10]。但現(xiàn)行的測(cè)試體系和方法依然延續(xù)著“一星一測(cè)”的傳統(tǒng)模式,即每顆衛(wèi)星均需配備獨(dú)立的檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),這種單一化的測(cè)試方式不僅增加了設(shè)備采購(gòu)和維護(hù)成本,還導(dǎo)致了人力資源的重復(fù)投入,在一定程度上制約了衛(wèi)星批量化生產(chǎn)的效率提升[11-13]。此外,自動(dòng)化測(cè)試雖能通過計(jì)算機(jī)處理大部分測(cè)試任務(wù),但當(dāng)衛(wèi)星的實(shí)際狀態(tài)與預(yù)期出現(xiàn)偏差時(shí),現(xiàn)有的自動(dòng)化流程往往無法正常進(jìn)行[14]。再者,測(cè)試設(shè)備缺乏集中管理和靈活調(diào)配的能力,測(cè)試過程仍然需要大量人工干預(yù),從而增加了人力成本,并帶來安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)[15]。因此,亟需開發(fā)適用于氣象衛(wèi)星規(guī)?;a(chǎn)的智能測(cè)試系統(tǒng),這不僅能夠提升我國(guó)在氣象衛(wèi)星星座研發(fā)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)水平,還將促進(jìn)氣象衛(wèi)星星座研制流程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和效率優(yōu)化。

本文首先對(duì)氣象衛(wèi)星掩星探測(cè)載荷及測(cè)試項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹,然后搭建包括智能自動(dòng)化測(cè)試服務(wù)器、遙控遙測(cè)射頻終端、掩星導(dǎo)航信號(hào)模擬器、低頻信號(hào)測(cè)試終端的智能自動(dòng)化測(cè)試系統(tǒng),詳細(xì)闡述了智能接口適配、智能測(cè)試規(guī)劃以及智能故障診斷等功能的設(shè)計(jì)理念與實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,并通過智能批量測(cè)試流程及應(yīng)用案例的深入分析,探討了該智能測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果。
